A day at the Farm

I am WAY behind on my blogging, so there will be a few posts from the month of October.
The first week of October, Dez, Tiff and I went to Wheeler Farm. It was fun! There were a ton of Geese that weren't afraid of the little ones. In fact, I think they would have eaten them if they had gotten the chance.

Sailor was scared, but Big Guy was there and he pushed her behind him and protected her.

"No! My sister!"

We got the kids lined up for a cute photo.

Then Dalton was off. A mad dash to the small stream to take a freezing (there was frost on the ground), face-first, dip. Dez was just 2 steps behind him but couldn't get to him in time. As she grabbed him out of the water, she dropped her camera, phone, and keys (which she didn't realize until we were on our way out), in the stream.

Dalton didn't mind the swim at all.

These photos do not do justice. He was soaked!

We did see some animals, go on a hay ride, and play on the broken farm equipment (probably their favorite thing).

One more pose for each of them :)

1st Day Of School

I can't believe that all my girls are in school now. They all got the teacher that they didn't want, but they really like them now.

I have a sixth grader...that makes me OLD!!!

I had to document how tiny Bailee is compared to her friends :)

They are SO cute!

4th Grade!

Kindergarten!
(Don't ask me why she is throwing gang signs, she just kept doing it)

I thought I'd throw in a few Guy photos. He isn't in school, but he is SO cute!!!

Back to school "spa day"

We have a tradition of pampering our girls and our nieces the weekend before school starts. I LOVE IT (and I think that the girls like it too)! We did a avocado facial with cucumbers to soothe their tired eyes. Mint foot soak followed with a mani/pedi. Sparkling pink girly drinks, and finger foods too. We watched chick flicks and had a wonderful sleepover!

The Phantom Of the Opera

For The girls birthday this year, Cathy took us to Vegas to see The Phantom Of The Opera. It was a blast! Something that I have always wanted to see.

Thank you Cathy for the wonderful gift and a fun time!!!
